Terms

When in effect, Free Freight promotions do not apply to phone orders. Free and flat rate shipping may not apply to all items or shipping locations, does not apply to wholesale orders and may be subject to change without notice. Operating days are business days excluding holidays. When orders are placed online, normally, we will try to have your order shipped in 2-3 business days. During peak holiday and promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Free Shipping deals), we may require up to 7 days to ship. Days in Transit do not include the day the order is shipped.

Accurately Address Your Order

An inaccurate address can delay your order. Using only a PO Box, building or development name, intersections or rural routes without the street numbered address or omiting unit designators such as apartment or suite numbers, will cause a delay in shipping. U.S addresses are accepted only.
Abdallah Candies is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse/unpredictable weather conditions or wrong address information.

Warm Weather

When required, Abdallah Candies will use insulated containers and Ice packs to get your chocolates to you safely. During periods of warm weather, chocolates cannot ship over the weekends and may not ship until the following Monday. We will send you an e-mail with tracking information when your order is ready to ship. Delays are also possible during the weeks with national holidays.

Normal and Peak Shipping Periods

We will try to ship orders in 2-3 business days. However, during peak holiday and promotional periods, we may require up to 7 days to ship.
